Volunteer at the Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest
We need your help!
Our volunteers are the backbone of the Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest.
Volunteer today to become a part of Southern California's Favorite Traditional Music Festival.
Volunteers at the Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest are a special breed. They choose to be an active part of the festival, impacting its legacy of friendly musical competition, professional performances, and communal music. Their skills run the gamut, and they choose from a host of different roles to apply those skills. Their common ground is their passion for music.
Volunteers can work before, during, and/or after the Festival to bring enthusiasm to a variety of jobs - from ticket sales to stage work, from prize distribution to craft services, and everything in between. Back for its second year, the Instrument Petting Zoo is seeking volunteers who want to help us craft new musicians. We'd love to hear from musicians who those who would enjoy sharing their instrument with potential musicians-in-the-making!
Use our volunteer form to inform of us of your abilities and limitations. Please note all of our new jobs this year, including artistic opportunities! We try our absolute best to assign volunteer shifts (which are a minimum of two hours) that work best for you. We welcome your feedback and appreciate your flexibility in accepting your assignment!
We need your help now more than ever! Please consider joining our team this year, and know that your contribution is truly valued. Thanks in advance for your interest in volunteering; this event cannot happen without you.

We often require assistance in the areas of graphic arts, trades (construction / electrician), organization, advertising / promotion / publicity, legal, vendor relations, and much more. Please don't hesitate to contact Kayli Blundell at to discuss how you might be able to become more involved in our organization.
