VENDORS - Artisans and Sellers of Music Paraphernalia:

You are invited to participate as a vendor in the 2022 Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest, to be held on Sunday May 15th, 2022. It will be held at Paramount Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreational Area on Cornell Road in Agoura Hills, California.  It is a fun day of music and festivities.


TBFC is seeking high-quality, handmade, and local products, which are handcrafted, preferably, by the artisan who is selling them. We also welcome music outlets to showcase instruments and accessories, locally made or otherwise, that support musicians at the festival. Other vendors will be considered on a case by case basis. Nuts and Bolts:

To sell anything on National Park Service (NPS) property, a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) is required.Deadline for receipt of applications and fees is May1 2022.   Space is limited, so please respond as soon as possible.  Upon completion of this process, we will provide you with instructions on how to acquire a National Park CUA. The CUA fee is $50.

Submission of the Vendor application packet does not guarantee a booth space.  You'll hear back from us first. Approved Vendors will receive maps and instructions concerning set-up times and festival procedures.  

Booth Fees: 

10’ X 10’ - $135, 10x15 - $160, 10’ X 20’ - $210

the above fees include the $50 National Park CUA fee.

We are looking for Exhibitors to participate in the 2022 Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest and Folk Festival. If you are with a museum, park, or non-profit organization with a history or conservation-oriented mission, and you would like to showcase your program, we want you. Onsite living history demonstrations are encouraged. If you would like to participate as an exhibitor at the 2022 festival, please click below to apply online.

This year booths larger than 10 X 10  will be allocated on a case-by-case basis. Let us know your needs.
A  $50 National Park Service Commercial Use Authorization will be required if there is approved on-site sales.
