WELCOME VENDORS! - The TBFC Artists Village is taking applications from Artisans, Exhibitors, Food Vendors and Sellers of Music Paraphernalia.

TBFC is seeking high-quality, hand-crafted and local products. Made and created, preferably, by the artisan who is selling them. We also welcome music outlets to showcase instruments and accessories, locally made or otherwise, that support musicians at the festival. Other vendors will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Nuts and Bolts:

NEW LOCATION this year​! Our festival will be held at King Gillette Ranch at 26800 Mulholland Hwy, Calabasas, CA 91302. Please read through the following information, as our procedures have changed. 


Step 1: Please fill out the application that matches the booth type you are hosting:  Artisan vendor/exhibitor/food vendor.

Step 2: Once your participation has been approved, you will receive a link from TBFC to pay your booth fee. There will only be one booth fee, and only one application. Vendors will not need to provide their own insurance.

Step 3: Each booth will be given two (2) vendor/exhibitor entries. Any additional entries for staff and volunteers for your booth will need to be purchased at a reduced rate. We will send all approved vendors/exhibitors a reduced price code for additional booth assistants. Approved Vendors/exhibitors will also receive maps and instructions concerning set-up times and festival procedures. Please be aware, this is a full day festival with vendors setting up early in the morning and staying through to the end of the concert line-up.


Booth Fees: 

10’ X 10’ - $150, 10x15 - $175, 10’ X 20’ - $200

We are looking for Exhibitors to participate in the 2024 Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest and Folk Festival. If you are with a museum, park, or non-profit organization with a history or conservation-oriented mission, and you would like to showcase your program, we want you! Onsite living history demonstrations are encouraged. If you would like to participate as an exhibitor at the 2024 festival, please click below to apply online.  


Exhibitor booths are typically 10’ x 10’. If a larger booth is needed, that can be discussed and will be taken on a case by case basis. There is no fee for Exhibitors not selling goods (no money exchanged of any kind). Please note, exhibitor booths will receive two (2) entry admissions and additional admission for booth attendants can be purchased at a reduced rate.

Food Vendors: No more availability for 2024


Food vendors do not need to pay an up-front booth fee, but agree to 20% of sales to be paid to TBFC. Food vendors will also receive two (2) entry admissions for booth staff. Additional admission for booth attendants can be purchased at a reduced rate.​
