WELCOME VENDORS! - The TBFC Artists Village is taking applications from Artisan Exhibitor, Food Vendors and Sellers of Music Paraphernalia.

TBFC is seeking high-quality, hand-crafted and local products. Made and created, preferably, by the artisan who is selling them. We also welcome music outlets to showcase instruments and accessories, locally made or otherwise, that support musicians at the festival. Other vendors will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Nuts and Bolts:

In addition to the booth fee paid to TBFC, vendors will also need a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) from the National Park Service (NPS). The NPS CUA is a $50 fee paid directly to NPS once your vendor application is accepted by TBFC.  Instructions for your CUA will be given after TBFC accepts your application. The NPS will also require all vendors to hold their own liability insurance. We do have resources to share for inexpensive, single day insurance. 

Submission of the Vendor application packet does NOT guarantee a booth space.  You'll hear back from us first. Approved Vendors will receive maps and instructions concerning set-up times and festival procedures.  


Booth Fees: 

10’ X 10’ - $85, 10x15 - $110, 10’ X 20’ - $160

The above fees DO NOT include the $50 National Park CUA fee.

We are looking for Exhibitors to participate in the 2023 Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest and Folk Festival. If you are with a museum, park, or non-profit organization with a history or conservation-oriented mission, and you would like to showcase your program, we want you! Onsite living history demonstrations are encouraged. If you would like to participate as an exhibitor at the 2023 festival, please click below to apply online.  


Exhibitor booths are typically 10’ x 10’. If a larger booth is needed, that can be discussed and will be taken on a case by case basis. A $50 National Park Service Commercial Use Authorization is only required if there are approved on-site sales. There is no fee for Exhibitors not selling goods (no money exchanged of any kind).

Food Vendors:

Food vendors at TBFC will need a National Park Service CUA  ($50 directly to NPS). Additionally, food vendors agree to 20% of sales to be paid to TBFC.
